Identification:
Please bring your order confirmation and a valid form of identification
when picking up your order. Orders will only be released to the person who
placed the order or an authorized representative.
Uncollected Orders:
If your order is not collected within 30 days of the ready-for-pickup
notification, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
Right of Returns
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of picking up the product, without giving any reason. This is in accordance with consumer protection laws in the EU and similar jurisdictions.
Return Conditions:
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging
- Products must be unused and with all original tags and labels attached
- Products must be returned to our pick up location during business hours
